fair skin with BIG red spots,( like boils, all over my chin.how can i stop this?

for as long as i can remember i have always had big red boils on my chin which casue my a lot of pain and shyness.
i have fair skin so when i try to cover them up with make-up they are still noticable.
Help please :( i want to get rid of them.
i hate looking at photos of myself.

Without seeing your skin, there is no way to know what these "boils" are. It might be cystic acne and, if so, you won't get rid of it without a visit to a dermatologist. I recommend you make an appointment with a dermatologist to be diagnosed and treated. In the meantime, don't ever pick or squeeze these as you will be forcing the infection back into the surrounding tissues which could cause a lot of damage to your skin as well as a major systemic infection.
