Most of us do.
We do not get rid of "the bad ones" because it is not our place to judge.
Why don't you take care of YOUR own? Why don't you get rid of all the atheists here who are unkind and who mock believers? Why don't you get them banned? They arwe giving you a bad name.

Because that is the way the think and the way they lead their lives. They need to be part of an organized hierarchical structure to tell them what to do and what to thing because they are incapable of doing it for themselves. They assume that everyone needs direction and group reassurance as much as they do.
For the same reason, they also do not understand that atheism is not a religion, philosophy, epistemology, or belief system. They need order, structure, and direction so much that they cannot even imagine what life is like as an independent and educated free-thinking individual.
Just look at the influence that people like Rush and Hannity have over them. Whatever Limbaugh or Hannity says one day will be repeated endlessly and thoughtlessly by their religious/political conservative followers until they are told to think and say something differently. Look at the number of scientifically illiterate morons that are running around spouting off about evolution and global warming like they actually know what they are talking about. And where do they get this ‘knowledge’ - from two people who failed and dropped out of the educational system (the stupid leading the ignorant).

Slowly but surely they are becoming on and they are MORE ADEPT at it.
They got CREATIONISM out of schools, didn't they!
They go their god DARWIN into schools, didn't they.
They are working on the Pledge of Allegence next
They are working on BANNING CHRISTMAS DISPLAYS IN PUBLIC
They are working on making the BOY SCOUTS and GIRL SCOUTS secular.
Considering theya re only less than 4% of the population, they are doing great!
And I'm a believer and I have to take my hat off to them
They are doing GREAT.
It's Christians that are so lost, so diffused, so ill trained, so absurb that they are losing ground
Keep following Jerry Fallwell and you'll lose ground.
Keep doing it.

I've been a Christian for alot of years - known alot of other Christians. This is the first time I've heard that we're supposed to think that atheists are an organization.

I'm a Christian, and I've never thought that. There are certainly groups of atheists, such as our regional freethinker societies, or American Atheists. However, to my knowledge, there is no hierarchical group that oversees all atheists. Many of my friends are atheists, and do not belong to a group of any sort.

Just wanted to add some gospel christian exgerated drama style to it. It seems like thats what the type of stuff they only accept just because it sounds powerful or strong. Or right.
A religionists pro god person would tell me though praise god for he has created you. Then either justify God's evilness and evil actions. Or lie that the bible is a lie which is supposed to be the doctrine of christianity and supposebly the word of god and jesus's deciples and stuff. Please.

The fact that these individuals seem to like asking questions about G-d and the afterlife, this can commonly be misconstrued about Atheists.

Well, I don't think they are organized but they should be since most of them are not atheists but are anti-theists. That way they can try to force their dis-belief in God onto everyone as they believe this non-belief is the correct idea.
They can form groups and preach about not believing that something is there, that they believe is not there to begin with.
Like not believing in aliens and spending hours on end trying to prove that I don't.
But always claiming the higher intellect. Quite funny.
