im 18 and im 167cm and i weigh 40kg!!! my BMI is 14
im trying to put on weight but i just dont have appetite and i dont know what to eat to gain weight quickly
please help, im tired of being slim !!!!
i want to weight somthing like 47/48 kg.

It is more important how you feel. I had a VERY slow growth rate. I was almost a runt compared to kids my own age. But in my early 20s when other kids growth was slowing down my continued and I got to a normal weight to my height. I still look 20 years younger than my age. Now it is a blessing to me. Try a multi vitamin/mineral daily suppliment. As long as your getting vitamins and minerals and daily source of protein you should be fine.

You got to eat if you want to gain weight. It does not have to be fatty foods just a good balance diet. If you start exercising with a good weightlifting and cardio routine you will gain muscle and an appetite.
