If you are serious about fasting, the following is the recipe for the Master Blaster Fast -Lemonade diet. (Beyonce lost all her weight with this).
This will make 8 glasses-enough for one day
60 oz.bottled water
12 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
12 tablespoons Pure maple syrup grade B-very important-don't buy Log Cabin-lol
1 teaspoon liquid cayenne pepper.
Mix all ingredients well-drink at least 8 glasses a day. No food whatsoever-drink all the regular water you want but nothing else and make sure to drink at least 8 glasses of the lemonade.

You can stay on this diet for 10-14 days if you wish. I know people who have lost upto 20 lbs. in a 2 week period. I don't recommend fasting,but if you are looking for fast results this is it. When you go back to eating you have to ease in to a healthy diet or the weight will creep back on.

It had a great food guide with a bunch of healthy meal plans, and the workouts are probably the best I've ever done. I've lost a good portion of my gut.

You need to focus on full body workouts and eating as clean as possible. It helps to have a cheat day so you don't feel like your restricting yourself too much. Good luck!

You need to eat a good, balanced diet, and have a exersize routine set up. Don't try to do anything stupid like crash dieting or diet pills. You could do a low carb diet (dont cut them out completetly, if you want to work out you need them), and also consume low fat, and low sugar foods.

I don't think there is a quick safe way. Drink lots of water, exericse and eat 5 small meals a day.
