EDIT...Do you have suitable loudspeakers for the Amplifier and i am curious to know why the distortion has to be less than 0.03 % .Is that total harmonic distortion ,or all distortion ?

We could build one at Kennedyaudio.com but it will never run on a single 120 volt 20 amp household circuit. It could run on two circuit breakers or one 220 volt type plug circuit like you have on an electric range. These sockets are not always available. It could be built best if that is a problem by combining to amplifiers with 2 channels each and then a smaller center channel. This allows there to be two ordinare 2 prong plugs or 2 prongs and a ground prong like you would find every 6 feet of wall space in any modern house.

There are many. Just check out your local "high end" av retailer. What are you going to do with a piece of equipment that nobody carries in your area if you have a problem?
