It seems every job I get, the first 12 months are ok and I get along with everyone, but after that I get sick being around the same people for 8 hours everyday. Are there any jobs that pay the bills, but are a job you can work alone for the most part. Truck driving in the only one I can think of.

You no, I'm the same way. I tried out FedEx for seasonal help a couple of years ago loading packages into trucks, and really liked it. You are pretty much in a truck all by yourself and just loading packages into your single truck. The only time you see people is when your coming or going to work, or if you get in a jam; but, then there is the other side to it, its a lot of hard, tiring work. I was paid 10.50 an hour and received a paycheck every week, I'm sure there's room to move up and make more money depending on how much effort you put into the job. If not fedex search warehouse jobs in your area, that's what i'm doing right now; its just a suggestion.

what about being a phone rep? you talk to alot of people during the day but you never see them. in a working environment you are constantly interacting with other people. no matter if its one person like a boss or 30who work around you. what about working from home? why work alone thats no fun?!

Do a home based opportunity, find one that fits your lifestyle and needs. I know of a few if you want to click my avatar and email me, I'll send you some sites to check out.

These are some sites, that hire people to actually work at home. Im not sure though, I've never used them personally.
www.sohojobs.com or www.teletech.com

I personally like my home based opportunity.

Good luck to you!!!

darlin,
get some counseling. It will be very lonely for you if you avoid people. Learn to enjoy the company of others, and the different types of people and cultures out there. It will expand your world and outlook. Life can be fun if you let it!

What about some factory job. I know you will be working with people but you won't be in direct contact such as meetings all day.
