Specifically the oboe part, it was composed by Robert W. Smith and is part of the Divine Comedy suite he did. I've looked on torrents.. but I can't find it anywhere...

Other than someone making an illegal copy for you the only way to get a legal copy of the oboe part to Inferno is to purchase it from your local music store. The piece is fairly new and it will not be available in free domain. Your local music store will be able to order you a copy from Alfred Publishing for around $5 or less. If they cannot help you go to jwpepper.com Get their 1-800 number, call during business hours, and ask for their help.
