ok Im trying to loose 50 pounds in 5 months is it possible if I eat these things everyday-
Breakfast-one serving of no sugar oatmeal with milk and 4 packs of splenda. Or one serving of cheerios with no sugar.
Lunch- A turkey sandwicth including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and 2 slices of turkey.
Dinner- The sandwitch listed above or some type of fish. Or if im not feeling hungry a fruit and some water.
I eat a apple in that day for a snack or another fruit.
This is my excercise plan..
Im going to school soon so I cant do excercise in the morning. After school I walk/run on a treadmill for 20 mins and after that I do weight training basically like a hundred of everything including squats, situps, and excercises with dumbells targeting other muscle areas like biceps. I just want to look like a whole new person Im 14 5'7 and weigh 210 pounds and I have fat in a lot of areas. Thanks for reading.

You are to be commended on trying to come up with a total plan of diet and exercise to loose the weight because that is what it will take. BUT.... You are setting yourself up for failure before you even get started. That is the biggest thing you want to avoid. Who wants to eat the same thing for 5 months? That's a really long time. And "a hundred of everything" ....... are you really being serious with yourself there?
Rethink your plan some. Sure you can loose weight, but you have to set the limits and goals realistically to be fair to yourself. See if you can find someone to help with your plan if you need too, like maybe a teacher at school or another adult that has nutrition and/or exercise knowledge. Then you will have your own 'customized' plan just for you! Stick with your plan. Remember why you want this. Set smaller short term goals that you will reach on the way to the ultimate goal. Like 5 lbs by this date, or 10 lbs by this date and so on.
Good luck. You can do it.

The best thing to do is eat a variety of healthy foods in small portions. If you stick to the plan you outlined, you will probably get bored eating the same thing all the time and quit dieting.
One thing to keep in mind is that when dieting, your body will not have a steady weight loss. You will lose a lot of weight in the beginning 2 or 3 weeks then your weight might stay the same for a while before losing again. Don't get discouraged! It happens to most people.

Well...people are saying that it's too much weight and too fast....well the healthy way to lose weight, is 2 pounds a week. So if you do that math. 5 months x 4 weeks = 20 x 2 pounds a week, is 40....and you'll probably lose a little more than 2 pounds each week, to eventually lead you to fifty...so Im sure you could do it the HEALTHY way.

It is reasonable and healthy to lose 10 pounds a month. Its a bit difficult to tell if you will lose that weight from your diet plan becuase everyone 's body is different and one thing will not necessarily work for everyone. But from what I see your diet is low in fat and calories and you will be getting good exercise so it should work pretty well.

you cant exercise in the morning? wake up early, exercise in the morning will help you have a faster metabolism throught out the day which would cause you to burn more calories during the day, morning is the bestime to exercise,
and 20 minutes of treadmill starts the fat burning process what you do after the 20th minute is what burns fat, do 30 minutes of treadmill( you also have to get your heart rate right to the fat burning zone or else you may just build muscles while running)
record your weight and take photos of your self to keep your motivation up, and dont be discouraged if you dont lose weight as fast as you expected (becuase you also build muscles in the process and muscles are denser than fat)

That is too much weight too fast. Go get a doctors opinion. A pound a week is a good guide but esp at your age. parents and a doctor. Otherwise you will get sick, yo-yo the weight and hurt yourself and forget about the fad "cleansing" stuff below
