How do I slim and tone my hips and thighs??
I have overhauled my diet and activity level(around a year ago) and my hips are really what bother me the most still, then my thighs second. Please anyone who has some ideas let me know.

muscle takes up less room than fat, although you probley have awesome cardio health cardiovascular activity isn't going to build muscle which is what will tone and define your legs and no they wont get bulky as long as you use light weights and do lots of reps. Lets say 3 sets of 15-20 lunges. A cheap suggestion that you could do at home is buy a set of 5 lb dumbells and do them (lunges) m,w,f (you need a day in between of rest). Guarnteed your legs will look awesome

there are special exercises for that area that help a lot. too many, i can't describe here. you have to talk to your trainer for that. but remember to do a lot of stretching, that is the key thing to get them look lean. it's best to have aa a trainer a woman who has experience with dancing; these know the best exercises (barre a terre, it's called) that give that perfect look. aerobics doesnt help, thighs look bulgy. running is good too, but not perfect. look for a ballet teacher, it's a safe bet; i used to have huge hips and thighs and now there are really trim

hips are bone you cant change them. thighs do leg exercises like a treadmill or elliptical
