Do they have to prove YOU hit them in the face?

Not if you're Muslim. You will be automatically found guilty and sent to Guantanamo Bay.

Without any evidence or witnesses to step forward, the court will have to believe there is "probable cause" to believe the defendant hit the plaintiff.
You see it on Judge Judy all the time. The Judge cops an attitude about the defendant and without any proof BAM - she finds them guilty!

No - they have to prove that they were ACTUALLY hit in the face...

Since there is NO damage done - there is no HIT ;);)

Yes. The burden of proof is on the accuser. They can't prosecute hearsay, and that's what it is without proof.

imternal damage all they ahve to do is go to a doctor to find that out or you could have bruised them which would take a little bit for the bruise to show

yes they have to prove it...and that will be hard to do...but whatever you do, don't admit to anything to anyone...that conversation can be held against you...just keep your mouth shut....and stay out of trouble...good luck.....

No, they have to hit you and then you have to prove it was them (ans since you are not very smart, it will be hard for you to do.)

yes they do in a legal sense. or you could just admit to it, say you're sorry. the choice is yours.
