1) I feel so happy for them as they have made the only thing that can save them from endless punishment in hell after Judgment Day, joining Islam.
2) I feel sorry for them as they were misguided by Satan and if they die having any religion other than Islam, they will go to hell for ever which is the punishment Allah has prepared for those who refuse to believe in Him and worship Him.

1) Suspicious, because we don't blindly allow whatever "converts" come around. There's a certain personality type that has to match.
2) I realize that they probably weren't right for the religion in the first place. But at least they were honest about themselves. I'm more worried about #1 types.

It really dose not bother me either way, because people have the right to chose what ever religion they want, what dose bother me though is the number of people that have got caught up in cult religions like the JW's the Mormons the holy rollers or pentecostal and the Evangelists to name a few, most of these religions are to fanatical in their beliefs, and reap havoc among their followers.

Its up to individual what they want to do, let Allah Subantallah judge, we can only guide & help one who wants to be helped, guided, if someone wants to convert to Islam then bless them, may AllahSWT give me strenght, guidence, and happiness, for those who leave Islam which i know is not many then i still pray to AllahSWT for them to guide them, show them the right path, to take satan out of them, to make them strong minded and reject satan.
By the way those who do leave Islam didnt know much about their religion anyway, they had problems, issues to deal with and blame it on religion so they think to themselves Islam puts too much pressure and its Islam's fault, the minority of peole who have left Islam tend to go clubbing, drink alcholol, dont have knowldge of any religion, they cant take the pressure and are weak hearted/minded, as i said pray for these people not to go astray.

In both cases, I feel it is their right to choose their faith.
If they convert to my religion, I pray they can follow the right teachings of it and discard all corrupted and fabricated things.
If they convert out of my religion, I understand they were not lucky enough to realize what a great faith it is.
Peace.

Since I believe that God was created in the image of man, to suit his inner needs for security, I have no religion.
When someone becomes an atheist, I cheer them for having the strength to see the truth.
When someone decides to believe in a supreme being, it's their decision. Personally, I feel that this person is weak, and cannot grasp the reality that we live, and then we die. Lights on, lights off. Like in the last episode of The Sopranos. But that's not for me to decide. It's a personal preference.
Religion is for people who need to believe that there is something after this life, and that somehow, their life "means something."
When one realizes that we are nothing more than another organism on this planet, infecting it with our presence, and that they should thank those of us who do NOT reproduce, then we become stronger, and learn that we are merely nothing more than a grain of sand on the beach, or one star in the galaxy.

Because I don't believe Jesus is religion, I guess I can only say that it's one more soul saved when that person sees His Grace! If they walk away, He will never forsake them, but it's a sad thing...He loves all of His children and wants EVERYONE!

1) As a Muslim i feel very happy for anyone who reverts to Islam as of course i feel its the true path.
2) I would feel a little sad for them and pray that Insha Allah they find there own way in life. I dont condemn them, i dont hate or dislike them. I wish them well and they are still to me my brother or sister. Although i have to say i have never known a person yet who has left the faith.

This is a really good question Lavender. :)
When someone has converted to my religion I feel exceedingly joyful and sooo happy :)
It makes me celebrate Christ more and more :)
When I see someone leave...I feel sad...sad for them and I just wish they were strong enough not to let someone sway their ways....but I just pray for them that God just gives them grace to lead them back home.
