Somebody told me that when the Russians were pulling out of Germany in the beginning of 90's, NATO assured the Russians that it would not expand further East. Perhaps, there even was a written document of this promise. Where on the Internet I could find anything about it?

Once those Countries gained Freedom from Moscow they are then free do to what they want.

Any promise made to The Soviet Union would likely only be applicable to current Russian Territory and not the Sovereign ground of others

Anyone who is too blind to see that NATO/US forces are now on Russia borders from Europe to Central Asia and on to Korea, is blind. it is only because the average American can't find his own home on a world map, much less Tadjikistan that Cheyney et al get away with this.

Perhaps if NeadnderCons had participated in Evoltuon instead of condemning it they would see the truth.
