you can answer only so many questions? The reason this is in pets iz cauz thats where I answer the most questions :)

It is unfair. You shouldnt be limited to how many questions you can answer....Its limiting the amount of people you could possibly help.

You can answer more questions as you gain levels in Yahoo Answers. The reason for the limits (especially at the lower levels) is to try to keep trolls from just spreading a bunch of cr@p all over the place. You don't get to answer an unlimited number of questions until you've built up a track record of giving actual answers. Trolls generally aren't going to go to that much trouble just to get one account that high so they can go on a rampage and then get the account closed as soon as they're caught (which generally isn't long). Most trolls are Level 1 accounts, very rarely Level 2.
In practice, troll cr@p generally happens anyway, but the limitations mean there's one less way for the trolls to operate and that at least Yahoo isn't making it TOO easy for them.
Hang in there. As you answer questions, you'll get points. If some of your answers get chosen as Best, you'll get points faster.

They want to keep things balanced and assure that some of the answers are from people that have more to do with their lives (and therefore have more live experience) than just sitting at their computers all day.
