how much could taxes be on your hose 2.00 dollars go to Home Depot and get another one.

I guess it would depend on what kind of Hose!

additional:
If you are referring to your home, then the taxes would have to be paid prior to the auction. Once the auction is over, who ever bid and won, is now the new owner, and they assume the back taxes.

Depends upon the state. In some states you can redeem it within a period of time set by state law. In others, it's all over once the gavel falls.
