The guys on Miami ink are incredible and I believe Kat Von Dee just got her own business too LA Ink... check them out... otherwise there are lots of great artists on tattoo finder.com

There are so many very talented tattoo artists - even in my own studio - Stephen Knight, for instance.

Maybe one of the most famous nowdays is Mr. Cartoon. He's based out of Cali. He does LA gangsta style stuff - naked chicks, lowriders, clown faces, script, lots of black and grey. He's tatooed 50 cent and Eminem among others. Scott Campbell is also getting well known. He's in NYC and did those Camel ads with the traditional tattoo flash style art.
