It is disturbing to say the least. I may have to vomit at the thought. What am I to do?

I have news for you "vomit" girl. As you get older, older people start looking good to you. People you used to think were "old" now are attractive. The thing, is you never stop thinking the younger ones look good. If he is bothering you let him know instead of talking about him behind his back. If that doesn't work tell his boss.

Try not to "puke" because someone finds you attractive.

Well just as long as he keeps his distance with no kind of physical contact or isn't sending you any creepy messages or flowers... then don't worry about it. But the minute he crosses a line let your manager/ supervisor, somebody know. But until then, try to keep the vomiting to a minimum. Good luck!

Dang give the guy a break, he might be a great guy looking at an attractive younger woman, no harm in that.

If it goes to far then confront him let him know your not liking it.

If that does not work then go to the boss and report it.

The best thing for you to do is ignore him. BUT, if he is harassing you and you feel uncomfortable LET HIM KNOW or tell your boss. If that doesn't work, use physical retaliation, he'll understand. :)

grow up, learn to take a compliment like an adult, and have some dam-n sympathy for an old man who probably hasn't seen any action in years.

Politely tell him that you are not interested, and if he persist then you should report it to your supervisor.

If you are being harrassed, you should go to your boss and let them know. Even feeling uncomfortable can be a form of harrassment.
