It is old version of Turkish Liras. Current form of Turkish Liras we do not use these six 0's. It worth just 50 cents.

The currency has changed to new Turkish Lira(YTL).100,000 Lira is nest to worthless about 2 pence in Stirling.

I guess, you are talking old Lira.
So, 100.000 TL = 0,10 YTL (10 Ykr)
In my opinion, no need change, it is remembrance from Turkiye,
0,10 YTL = 0,03690 GBP
