if she cheats on me? None after that. I may really love her, but if she cheated on me, then she didn't really love me. There are very very few instances where I would think about it.

I'm a guy, but my very first real girlfriend cheated on me after we had been going together for about 6 months or so. I found out because she got pregnant. She eventually broke up with me, deciding that she wanted to be with the other guy. I would've wanted to give it another try, but it may have been because I was very inexperienced with women (although that was 12 years ago, and I'm still very inexperienced with women, so I don't know), but I guess I would say I'd give a person about 2-3 chances before I decided to end the relationship. So far my husband has had numerous affairs and I forgave him every single time, but this last one was the worst. Now that he has left her, he wants to come back home after 2 1/2 years and I am not sure if I want him back. I am strong enough to just walk away and I don't want to put my Kids through this ever again. The Jury is still out. Good Luck. Live Life to the Fullest and Enjoy Every Minute Of It.....

right now i could say that i don't want to let him go and i will give him as many chances as it takes for him to be faithful but if i love him and he loves me then he shouldn't be cheating on me, you know. i would give him a second chance if he just did it once as a mistake.

If I gave him only one, the doubt of him being faithful to me again would make the relationship unbearable, so I would probably end it after a while. I cannot stand trust being broken and I don't believe it being rebuilt to what it was before the cheat.

Well my hubby never cheated on me yet, but if ever he does, ill forgive him, i understand that hes only human and makes mistakes, there are temptations, u can try to resist but u cant resist all of them.
even if people cheat it doesnt mean they dont love their partner, there r always reasons. :) so dont be judgmental, there r 3 sides of the story, not just 2, sometimes it could be ur own fault too u know.. maybe ur lacking on something or maybe ur coming on too strong.

he would have one chance, and I'd still be skeptical. I don't care if I love him or not. Obviously he doesn't love me the same way if he cheated, right? Why should I subject myself to it then???

Zero. Have integrity. He might have picked up a virus, std. He is an adulterer and God will give him justice after he dies. Go to doctor and get checked out. Keep yourself pure.
