you will be lucky to see 2...
Chapter 7 you would see more...

It's a re-payment, they will mostly just communicate with your atty.

Don't stress, it is more informal than you think. They might not even talk to you, just your atty. Plus there will be all the other cases in the room, and you will get to hear their stories too, this will make you feel so much better for your situation.

Hang in there!

None. All handled through paperwork. When your attorney put the papers together, all your creditors were notified. They responded... Unless there is something really weird going on, the creditors will not show up at all. Your case gets called, and you answer yes/no type questions....Which are about your debts, is that all of them,... etc. And that's it. Unfortunately, it's very demeaning to a person. But, be prepared that for the entire time you are under 13 protection, you can't sell a car, buy a car, get a loan, anything. Knowing what I know now, I would have turned over our 2 new cars (they were part of the 13 protection) and bought something cheaper prior to filing. Secured credit - cars and such - are paid for in their entirety - plus 10% interest. And with a new car, that almost doubles your liability - meaning you are in 13 longer than without having it hanging over your head.

Good luck. It's hard to do it, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

It depends on what type of debts you have...

Credit card companies won't show up unless you owe them like 50k or more, Your mortgage holder will come as well as a Representative of the State if you owe them.

Don't stress out, just know that you are being responsible and handling your financial problems..

Good Luck to you

it is your responsibility to provide a list of all your creditors. If you omit one, it amounts to affirming that particular debt -- promising that you'll continue to pay according to terms.

likely all of them will file needed papers, but none will appear in person or via attorney. not worth it unless you owe hundreds of thousands or more.

oh. :-)

potentially they could all show up....depends on their expense to get to court house, atty's fees, and how much you owe.....should've just paid your bills and you wouldn't be stressed out now
