STOP painting on the mirror! Seriously....genetics is a Science, not an EXACT, step by step set of things happening. Think recipes, you put stuff in and something comes out, Sometimes it is exactly like last time, sometimes not.

I don't see how acknowledging your own prettiness makes you superficial or conceited. Also, genetics can be recessive so even if everyone in your family is Medusa they might still carry the 'pretty gene' lol.
