nothing it just makes your nipples look hard all the time...you dont lose sensation or anything like that. It is very painful to get done tho

Actually, my nipple that is pierced has MORE sensitivity than the one that isn't. And the nipple is larger.

Got mine pierced 9 years ago never wear it and it is still open. I wouldn't recommend it..... It can also be done wring and make your nipple look weird...forever.

it might get infection and complicates it and turn into breast cancer.
a hole in the breast might be the cause for you to have breastmilk. lol
it could be a good breading ground of microorganism.
