I don't believe strictly that there is or is not a god, I just really don't care because I believe that I have control over my life. I realize that this has agnostic and deist tendencies, but it's different. When asked, I either say "other" or "atheist" because each seems to be equally offensive to my Christian surroundings. I'm willing to believe in creation, simply because the world would have to be one hell of a coincidence, but evolution also makes sense, so I guess it's not that "God" made humans but made a world from which we evolved. Or something.

Sounds like you're an atheist.
No belief is absolute. Religious people claim their belief is absolute, but they demonstrate over and over again that it isn't. You can't even demonstrate, in an absolute sense, that the computer you're typing on exists.
So, you seem to be skeptical about the existence of any gods. There doesn't seem to be any you really believe exist. Nobody thinks that the existence of a god is exactly a 50/50 chance. Everybody leans one way or the other. You seem to be leaning towards atheism. If you wanted to divide it further, you would be a weak atheist.
A weak atheist is one who lacks belief in any gods because of a lack of any evidence for any. A strong atheist would be one who claims that the non-existence of a god is demonstrable.

You've only mentioned where you stand on the issue of deity. It takes a lot more than that to define a religion. So I can't tell you what "religion" this could be.
Though at the very least it sounds like you're "non-theistic" or perhaps even a deist. There are non-theistic religions out there, if you look around.

You are Agnostic. Read a King James version of the Bible, and then if you will not believe in God, at least you will be well-informed.
Good luck and may God bless you.
P.S. You are toying with your very soul.

How about calling it "none of the above." You want to make a religion out of not knowing what you believe in.

what you are talking about has nothing to do with a religion and of-course there is no name for it. your thinking is logical and practical. but religion is based on faith and believe in god.
