people keep secrets because they don't feel that they'll be "socially accepted" . that said... most things to do with sex or the # of partners or fetishes or wierd things that they do.. ie: biting their toenails or something out of the norm...
usually its not the contents of the secret that are so important but the reason why its being kept ...
