This diet doesn't sound that healthy. Breakfast is very important and depending on the amount of energy you use you should eat enough to sustain that. I am not sure what is Quorn ham and Quorn sausage but look at the kcalorie, protein, carb and fat content to make sure you are getting enough to keep you going thoughout the day. Water is a better choice than diet pepsi but if you need some flavor add some of those Crystal light packets or somethine close to it.

No stay away from the snackajacks and the diet coke. Eat breakfast Low sugar high fibre breakfast cereal. Eat Lunch.

Eat more fruit and even better veg at least five a day. This is for micro nutrients and anti toxins. Run a search on the sweetener in your diet coke Aspartame and see how healthy you think it is! Make sure you are getting enough calcium and enough Iron and enough fibre in your diet . I think really if you can go to your doctor for a referral to a nutritionist, because your diet is seriously lacking if not do a bit more research. You also need healthy oils such as that found in fish, nuts, unheated olive oil etc. (omega 3 oils) If you are vegetarian you can also use suppliment flax oil. Good luck with it.

Well it seems to me that you've got all of the food groups covered in some way, protein, fat, carbs. Perhaps you could take some multivitamins and iron. Not sure where you'd get much iron. Do you drink milk or anything like that to get you a bit more calcium going on. I agree with the others that you should eat three meals a day. But for the most part it differs between poeple I think. As for callory in take, that depends on you. Some people can exist on a ton, others can't and stay at a good weight. YOu might want to vary your diet some. Perhaps you could snack on some nuts and seeds or something.

no i wouldn't say this is healthy because as soon as you get up in the morning you need to have a really good breakfast to get your metabolism going or else your body will go in starvation mode and you'll get hungrier in the day and eat more which can cause weight gain over the years. in the morning i usually start of f with a cup of fiber cereal with a half a cup of milk

Eat breakfast! You should also eat a variety of healthy foods (the tea menu sounds ok to me). Go easy on fat, salt, sweets, and artificial stuff (like the artificial sweetener in that diet soda).

No breakfast? I know this sounds soo elementary but its the most important meal of the day. Recent studies show that it can actually cause weight gain, and lack of energy. The dinner sounds good. Tea, is what? Lunch? idk but the snacks you can lower down. Diet soda and regular soda cause weight gain as well. I cheerlead and I need so many vitamins and healthy food to keep me energized and healthy. As my snacks, I eat grapes and fruit.

The first thing you give to your body is your lunch, meaning it stores more fat than if you were to eat breakfast - breakfast is a smaller meal.

I never used to eat breakfast until family and doctor explained I needed it.

Try to drink more water than diet pepsi

No, that's quite unhealthy.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and you should have slow-release carbohydrate such as porridge. (made with milk) Have fruit with it. Toast as well, if you like.

Lunch- protein such as meat, fish, eggs or poultry, with either potato, pasta or rice. Vegetables or salad with that.

evening meal- similar to lunch. Have a yogurt too.

snacks- fruit, a small sandwich, salad.

Too far.

If you want to lose weight go for high veg, fruits and fibre and low fat stuff in proportion to your meat.

Stay off the salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

My list of recommended stuff:
nuts, seeds and avocados,
beans, pulses, lentils, peas, hummus,
green, red, orange and yellow vegetables,
low fat dairy,
oats,
eggs,
lean meat and fish (steak, chicken, turkey, shellfish),
peanut butter (natural, no sugar),
olive oil, rapeseed oil, sesame oil,
wholegrain bread, wholewheat pasta, wholegrain brown rice,
ricotta cheese,
berries and fruits

The book I've got it from says it takes 6 wees to get abs with exercise. I don't know how much weight you want to lose, but the stuff in this book is really great.

You shouldn't skip breakfast, it's the most important meal of the day.
If your stomach's empty for long stretches of time, your system thinks it's being starved and starts conserving fat.
Little & often of healthy food is the answer.
