sounds good but skip the ice cream and add another fruit to the dessert or even jello. thats alot of sweets for the day.

Sounds pretty good to me! However, I'd add one other cold dish with the dinner besides green salad. But that's just me, I can't eat sweets or too much heavy food. But you know your family better than I do. :)

And don't be scared about giving kids the buffalo wings. Our 9 month old grand-daughter scarfed one down (with supervision of course). She wanted MORE. And when they left her mother was so happy that she was eating solids that she asked for more for the car trip back home!

Well, of course it sounds like a feast!!! I wouldn't change anything.......and the ice cream will be necessary, as Indian cuisine can be a bit spicy, the ice cream will help as a dessert, as will the watermelon......BTW, who are you, Superwoman to crank out that volume of food??? Congrats go out to you, and I hope you take a few minutes and "time" things down to like the "week before TO DO list" a "day before to-do list" a "day of to do list" etc......I find that way, things time out well......Enjoy!!!

The only thing I would change/add is that I would like whole wheat bread for my sandwich, plus maybe some ham and mustard.
For snack I'd like a veggie and dip tray, too. And bottled water. Other than that, I'm good.

A lot more people prefer breads other than "plain white bread and sandwich buns". I suggest a choice of several breads, some of which should be very hearty wheat or multigrains.

It's a great menu. I agree with the other person about adding another fruit, but you musn't drop the ice cream!

Good Luck and Enjoy

What about a bowl of mixed fruit or fruit kabobs with sweetened yogurt--and nix the ice cream?

it sounds great but instead of having ice cream I would just make a fruit salad, grapes, strawberries, melon.....
