teachers dont mess around with students...dont u watch the news...if it turns out she loves u back u both should wait till she graduates or u can go teach at another skool...

This could really jeopardize everything you achieved in your life so far.
And what if she doesn t feel the same? She might end up accusing you of harassment...

What's important here is how old you both are, and also how long you're going to be her teacher. But most importantly, you need to know if she feels the same way.
Then we can give you some decent advice.

THere's an old saying: Don't Sh!t where you eat.
Keep your distance until she's no longer one of your students.
That is, if you value your job.
In fact, I'd wait until she is no longer a student where you teach before asking her out.
Again, your job depends on your keeping your hands off.

I don't really think its a matter of age here, you are her teacher... wait till she graduates and then peruse whatever you want to... even though she's legal, messed up things can still happen...
