it feels like everything I eat gives me more cramps.
Is there a way for me to eat food and not have it hurt in the end?

soothing foods are definitely going to help you not experience more cramping.

Here's my suggestions: Rice, Pasta and noodles, Oatmeal, Barley, Fresh white breads such as French or sourdough (NOT whole wheat or whole grain)* Rice cereals, Flour tortillas, Soy, Corn meal, Potatoes, Carrots, Yams, Sweet potatoes, Turnips, Beets, Squash and pumpkins, Mushrooms, Chestnuts, Avocados (though they do have some fat), Bananas, Applesauce, Mangoes, Papayas (also digestive aids that relieve gas and indigestion)

*Please choose a baked-daily, high quality, preservative-free brand. White bread does not mean Wonder.

Chamomile Tea Is a natural relaxant and can help with the cramps. Drink this throughout the day and night.

these are all very easy on the digestive system and will not cause further cramping.

Drink hot tea this helps because your uterus is cold and that's what cause craps. If you drink something hot, it will help relieve your cramps.
