You can take a ride to the dentists office.
That sound like you have inflamed gums from poor mouth hygiene encouraging germs to grow there. That makes your breath stink and will cause pain and bleeding. You are also losing the bone structure that holds the teeth in your mouth. Get a cleaning and instructions on brushing and flossing or you will end up toothless.

You should go to your dentist, sounds like gingivitis (disease of the gum). If you don't already, regular cleanings at the dentist where they remove the plaque build up in your teeth prevents this. Most insurances pay up to 2 per year.

you need to see a dentist as soon as possible. You may possibly be starting an infection which if left untreated in the mouth can travel pretty quick (days) to other parts of body and have serious consequences...even death. Many dentists will see folks with emergencies righth away..so dont wait to call yours and get seen. Its not something to play around with.

You can clean your teeth more often for a start off, ensure you're using a toothpaste fortified with fluoride, make sure you're drinking plenty of water.
Oh, and most of all - see your dentist. Soon!
