I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

Obviously, looks play a part. That's why they say first impressions count. There always has to be that first initial attraction between two people, both for the guy and girl. But then, for me, it's not just looks that matter. It IS personality. Because I need to be able to talk with the girl that I'm interested in.
I believe that of the girlfriends and girl friends that I've had in my life there was always an initial attraction.. But then it was the girls that I had the most in common with that ended up my girlfriends, and which of them were just friends.
Just like girls, guys notice a lot. Most of the time, the little things you do, we don't notice though, especially younger guys. I'm currently in my thirties and I'm still trying to get on my best game. But I'll catch a lot.
The thing is though that a lot of guys don't get girls subtle signals. We think you mean one thing when you mean a totally different thing, and then you won't tell us because you're mad we didn't know..

It really depends on the guy.
When I was in high school, I looked for a girl who was fun to be around. Basically I was looking for a relationship that would last a long time, and they did.
Now...after certain experiences...I realized...
I shouldn't care about that, so now I'm just looking to hook up and who cares about the other things.
If you are aiming for a guy, just be good looking and outgoing, and if you are adventurous that would definitely a HUGE plus

My gf has captivating eyes, can engage in philosophical debates and carries an enormous amount of empathy. Plus she has a fantastic body.

Looks are necessary, every one needs to be physically attracted to the other.
I like girls that are funny, feminine, crafty thinkers, slightly arrogant.

looks are important but personality because girls with a shity personality is worthless... n yeah at least i care a bout a girls feelings

The guy above is definitely shallow as crap, as for the rest of us guys, we like personality over looks... looks help out a lot at first, but its really the personality that reels us in.
