What I did, which worked, (I took 10 pounds off in a week), is drink Slim Fast-Cappuccino Delight seems to be the best flavor cuz it doesn't taste like a diet drink at all-and work out 5 days straight on cardio and your core section(abs). I was trying to lose extra pounds before taking my physical for the Navy.

In the end, it will always be Diet and Exercise.

There is no safe and fast easy way to lose extra pounds of weight. One does not put weight on over night, so you should not safely try and lose it overnight. Yes, you can lose weight through sweating it off and getting rid of your water retention, but that is only a temporary weight loss. Generally speaking people will lose about 6 pounds through water loss and that comes off rather easily and quickly. The rest of the weight has to be lost from exercise and diet.

lots of fibre to get all the interior weight off. Or laxitive whatever works. A glass or 2 of wine to strip the water weight ( fitness competitions the people drink a glass of wine before the comp) that keeps you skinnier for a couple hours. the sauna sometimes works good too ( infared is better it burns like 600 calories in a half hour and sheds water weight, also makes your complexion amazing) Keep away from salts but dont completely exclude it from your diet you need it to stay somewhat hydrated! and little bit of muscle training to tighten it all up!! even once tightens it up a bit! hope that was helpful!

If you drink a lot and pretty much starve for three days you may lose wight, but then you'll get even fatter because you mess up your body. I stop eating anything tasty-white bread,sugar,high fat yogurt,chips,ect. and within a week or two you will lose fat healthy and without fear of gaining. There is no way to get fat off in a day or so unless you have surgery done. Also, don't be fooled by "fat free" ,fat free means the fat comes later when the sugar in the food breaks down in you.

I'd Recomend Alli because with a lower fat diet and exercise it can cut pounds a 1/2 more than diets.

I Used it and in two months i lost 10 pounds.

Stop drinking pop and anything that has sugar in it, no fatty foods, and I start by walking then eventually jogging in the early morning. Also I eat off of a small plate instead of a big plate it makes you feel fuller.

Cut out soda and juices, drink unsweetened ices tea and lots of water, eat small meals every two hours and eat all sweets early in the day, including fruits. Dinner should be your lightest meal of the day.

I have kept my weight off since i had my son.Im 102 pounds,and all i do is stay active as much as possible,eat very small healthy meals a day.And do cardio,and hit the gym.
