i eat homemade stuff and people say that a person shouldn't eat less than 1000 calories and i eat everything there is to eat but it all only adds up to 800 calories not including what i burn off that is around 300 calories so what should i do i mean cause i eat pizza, burritos,snack bars,ice cream,yogurt,cereal,milk,soup,sandwich

so what do you have to say!

what I have to say is -- TELL US YOUR SECRET!!

I make my own burritos and pizza and using low fat/carb ingredients and believe me I cannot stay until 1500 calories, therefore I can weight.

Feel free to help a girl out and tell me your secret.

Burritos, pizza, ice cream, snack bars . . . those all add up. One slice of pizza has (depending on toppings) around 300+ calories. So unless you are only eating one slice of pizza at a time, I am sure that your daily calorie intake is more than 1000. Try writing things down. If you make your food, make sure that you add the calories from all of the food. For example: if you make a salad, not only does the lettuce have calories, but tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, dressing, whatever you put in the salad needs to be counted.

If you think pizza, burritos, snack bars, ice cream, etc. has less than 800 calories, make sure you're checking the serving sizes.

Are you sure you know your calories correctly? Pizza and ice cream have so many calories!! Buy yourself a little paperback on Calories at any drug, health, or book store. Read labels!! When you eat, get full!! Lynn

i think you may have a prob it you only burn 300 cal and pizza per slice has like 300 cal and ice cream 240 cal for 4 oz so you must have a bite of each food to only get 800

You should eat 6 little meals a day and dont eat after 6-ish. This will help speed up your motabolism. and when you dont eat late and go to sleep right after that, then that will help to keep that extra weight and pudge off!
