no, you should not eat less than 1200 calories and burn as much as you want, just dont exhaust yourself and remember to give yourself time to heal. Drink lots of water & when you do eat, keep it healthy, especially if you are eating that little cals, make them count.

well whether you realize it or not by weight 100 pounds you burn a 1000 calories a day by doing nothing. So you are already in a 300 calorie deficit. If your weight is 200 pounds you burn 2000 calories per day and your deficit is 1300 calories. Take into effect you are burning 400 through exercise your not getting enough nutrients to support normal body function. You need about 1200 to 1600 cals depending on your weight. Cutting calories to 700 will be hard to maintain for long periods of time. The best diet is one that you can continue for long periods of time. Working out is great, but you must provide the muscles doing the work with fuel(calories). Just remember the easiest way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Cutting your calories by more than 1000 from what you need will not be healthy. The end result will be yo yo dieting and it is not healthy. Diets take time so be patient and you will get the result in time.

nope, if you keep eating like that, then your gonna die. sorry but that's the straight up truth. you need about 1200 a day, and sure you can burn some of that, but 700 a day isnt healthy.

if it's a small dog it's Ok or another small animal.

For you not at all. If you're an adult you should need 1800-2000 cal. per day to live normal. If you're eating 700 cal. now I suggest you go see a doctor immediately because you're already sick and you can die.
