lunch:soup or tuna sandwich
dinner:chicken burrito or pizza
snack:yogurt or granola bar or fruits
dessert:ice cream or frozen yogurt

change the dinner try to stay away from bread try a meat like chicken and mixed vegetables or ground beef and vegetables eat a lot of veggies best thing and i would take out the ice cream and make sure your yogurt is low fat. and try running distance just a mile at a time at first this will really make the weight come off. so i would say just eating that stuff up to 8 lbs but throw in the run and up to 18

1. YOu need to compute the total number of calories in what you list.

2. Then you need to compute the calories needed to maintain your current weight.

Then you need to consume less calories than #2. while maintaining a high enough intake to not trhow your body into starvation mode. YOu should reduce your calorie intake slowly.

About 3600 Calories = 1 pound.

You also need to excercise or you will lose muscle. YOu don't want that, you want to lose fat.

not much since thats not an ideal diet you need to exercise too
