Try to use body language. If he is a naturally shy person, he will be extra shy around people he likes but sometimes the most outgoing people also get shy around a girl they like. If you catch him glancing, give him a little smile and see how he reacts. Finding out if he likes you depends on whether or not you like him. If you like him, i'd say go with a little smile and some flirtatious looks. If i saw this, i'd see an open door. If you dont, then maybe ignore his glances and look away

what is wrong with u?! be sweet to him...invite him out as friends to the movies or for a cup of coffee...find out his interests and work to get closer to him that way he feels comfortable enough to say how he MAY feel. after a bit of that...one day when ur sitting next to him, give him a big kiss on the cheek and when he looks at u with surprise on his face? u wink and look away!
guys and girls dont realize the potential they have to attract another... trust me hell talk to u soon enough and maybe ull just live happily ever after...ok?

Depends. Does he get quiet and look around at everything else but you? Then no he doesn't like you and wants you to go away. If he gets quiet and keeps looking at you or gets close to you and smiles a lot. Then ya he likes you.

Just because a guy gets quiet does not mean he like you. Ignore that bs. Quiet could mean that he’s uncomfortable and doesn’t know how to avoid you.
The best way to know without asking is to ask to help you with something. This something should take time and be out of his way. Ask him to walk with you and look at cars or guitars or something of his interest. If he goes out of his way to spend time with you, then you know he likes you.
Another way is to be in some of group and see if he checks out other girls. If all or most of his attention is on you, then he likes you. If he’s talking to all the girls equally or none of the girls (including you), then he doesn’t like you. If he’s shy, he might not talk to any of the girls, but look at his eyes. Guys are very visual and stare at things they like. If he’s looking around/staring/bored when you’re in a group situation, then he doesn’t like you.
One girl did this to me: Have your girlfriends dress fairly conservative like sweaters and jeans. You wear something that shows more leg/arms/chest and see if he pays more attention to you.
If all of the above is true, then PLEASE be more obvious to him. Guys-making-the-first-move-rule has to go away. Tell him you want to spend more time with him. Give him more physical clues like touching when you’re talking to him or hug him for no reason.

Oh sheesh. I'm sorry, but do you realize how many people ask this exact same question everyday. The answer is always the same.
We don't read minds. We don't know him. Maybe he likes you, maybe he doesn't. Maybe he's shy and maybe he's not interested.
There is no way for anyone to know what's in his heart but him. And of you're not going to ask him then you aren't going to know either.
At this point, you're just going to have to keep talking to him and wait for an answer.

Actions speak louder than words!!! If he wants to spend a lot of time with you, then he likes you. Just wait and see what happens. Some guys are just naturally quiet.

Be more assertive with him. He just might be shy around you because he is unsure how to act. And this may be because he does like you. But if he is unsure, you should make the first move.

I could always talk to girls who were just friends.The ones that I had feelings for would get me tongue tied. He either is shy and it's hard for him to express his feelings; or he senses you have feelings for him and he doesn't feel the same way.
