Hey miss hangover ( lol) all u have to do is eat a piece of bread or anything that will absorb the excess alcohol as soon as you are able to wake up, which may make you throw up, which will definitely make you feel better. It will be hard to swallow the bread because you probably won't have that great of an appetite but you should eat it in small bites. you will actually feel the bread soaking up the alcohol in your stomach. Or you can take the old fashion route and drink another small drink ,this always works but you can end up starting the drinking process and getting drunk all over again. if you are going to work and you have to have another drink just make sure that you don't use mouthwash because the alcohol in the mouth wash will make the alcohol that you drank smell even stronger. feel better hangover lady

Remember this for next time. The trick to not getting a hangover is to drink plenty of water while you're drinking and before bed try to drink a couple off glasses of water. The reason you have a hangover is that alcohol dehydrates you and makes your brain and body react.

Well, in all my years of partying I have found that staying up late does your body worst than the drinking itself. You are not feeling the drinking you are feeling the fatigue from staying up so late and not enough sleep. But if you insist on staying up late and drinking This is the thing I do and I never have problem with aches or hangovers. 1: drink only one brand of beer or liquor. know the difference between dark and light whiskey or liquor and stick with that 2: drink moderately. and 3: if you can remember to do this take one or two tylenol during the mist of you night while you are out and about. This will help you after you screw up numbers 1 and 2

If you have a vending machine or could ask someone, get the biggest jug of cold gatorade. Drink the whole thing and in about 30 minutes, you will feel better.
Don't worry, you're not the only one who's made that mistake - I used to work at a restaurant and when we got off at midnight, we would all party til 6 in the morning, get 3 hours of sleep and be back at the restaurant at 10am. On the way to work, I would pick up a huge jug of gatorade and by the time I got to work, it was gone.

The only cure for a hangover is time.
You must suffer through the odious recovery.
Or
You can have some more to drink!

The only thing that cures a hangover is time.
Alcohol is a toxin. Your liver has to have time to metabolize it. You may take things (aspirin, Tylenol, etc.) to treat some of the symptoms, but time's the only cure.

Best cure I've found is to actually like two glasses of water before going to bed. Or, drink a bottle of Gatorade before going to bed that night. No headaches in the morning.

I do not think there is a "cure" for hangovers but there are hangover prevention pills such as chaser you take before drinking.

Water and a multi vitamin. Hangovers are caused by dehydration and loss of vitamins and minerals. Again, lots of water to flush out toxins.
