It is a proven study that eating carbs will make you more hungry after 20 mins. Try adding more protein to your meals

You may be mistaking something else for hunger. If you are getting enough nutrients, and getting enough caloric intake (at least 1200 calories if on a diet, generally 1600 calories if not) then it may not be hunger that you are feeling.

Try drinking an 8 ounce glass of room temperature water about 20 minutes before eating. You will feel fuller faster and it may get rid of some of those feelings you are having. Also, try taking longer to eat. It takes 20 minutes for your body to register a full feeling from what you eat. When you smell the food, it turns on certain receptors that don't turn off until you feel full.

I've heard that particular tasty foods leave you wanting more. Maybe its why low fat meals work so well...tasting like crud and all. But seriously, it's normal that if the meal is good you'll be left hungry for more. Try finishing off your meal with a low fat filler such as salad or just generally ignoring the urge to eat directly after a meal. If you prepare your meals carefully and are sure that all your nutritional needs are met it is safe to ignore the after meal hunger.

i dont know if it is physical. i think only a doctor should be able to give u a "real" answer about that. What i can tell u is to try drinking cold water after u are done eating. It doesnt have to be a lot just a glass or two. I dont know why but it makes u feel better and not as hungry.

This is abnornal, Jane.

Could you be walking with some demons who are feasting on the food you eat or some parasites inside of you?.

Think there may be need for a medical check up.
