Be watchful,
for her touch is gentle.
She flowers ever so softly,
and it's as light as a breeze.

I abandoned all hope long ago, of what use is it?
To live in life is to live in truth, truth is now.

FYI: Every false religion in the world can be traced back to Babylon. Even before its citizens tried to build the Tower of Babel, Satan had made that city his headquarters and introduced idolatry, the first secret societies, and many of the religious practices that continue to the present day. These eventually appeared as the foundational teachings for Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Gaia worship, and a host of other cultic systems summed up in the Bible as "Mystery Babylon." These false religions consistently violate the first four commandments, those that concern man and his relationship to God ("You shall not worship other gods!" "Make no graven images, nor worship them or serve them!" "Do not take the name of the Lord in vain!" "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy!"; see Exodus 20). In short, all pagan religions depend on the worship of images, or as some call them, "aids to worship."

To answer your question...I am not enlightened by Buddha, only God.

Since your premise that only the Buddha can be enlightened by all things is based on a personal opinion rather than a statement of demonstrable fact, it cannot impact me. I know nothing about any Buddha. I do know that no human being has EVER been enlightened by all things, only a few, and even then, even fewer with some people than with others.

How I am is doing pretty well, with the enlightenment that I have earned over the course of my not too short life, and seems to have been sufficiently relevant to my life to make for some very satisfactory outcomes LOL.

The cypress tree lives in memory, a picture of someone young many years ago, frozen in time now as a postcard. The postcard is brightly colored, more so than the memory. The postcard is now, the memory an illusion, yet all a catalyst for the complexity of association a cypress brings to a Florida native. Beware the gators who lurk nearby but enjoy their postcards as well. Thanks very much for the tea!

Well, obviously I am one of the things that enlighten Buddha.
It is important not to confuse Buddha with the Buddha.

Have a saucer of tea, Mr Coyote, while I rest against this tiger. Which is pretty scary 'cos he might wake up.

EDIT,
Hey! Nutster! Cypress - catch!

A koan :

Monk(to his teacher) : "what is the Buddha?"
Teacher:"the cypress tree in the garden."
(the tree, which the monk passes each day as he meditates)

.....

i am fine, thank you. my garden doesn't have a cypress tree, but has a lamp, under which i study, learn, and practice.
the Buddha in me gets enlightened by the light of that lamp....is that my cypress tree?

:)

*thanks for the tea*

Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.

Buddha

I am feeling Buddha~ish, may I light your candles with mine own, and pour everyone more tea?

Within the light
The butterflies.
Within the light
Through God's own eyes.
Within the light
Our freedom found.
Within the light
And not earth-bound.
Within the light, the butterflies.
Within the light is God's own guise.
Within the light, the butterflies.
And freedom, always freedom, lies.

*sip*

Thank you for the tea.

You yourself can become Enlightened, if you can live your life without the pleasures of the flesh and all material things of this world.
