4 year old girls respond well to going over a parental lap, panties lowered, with lots of spanks until her crying is out of control.

my parents would take things away (toys and stuff) and when I was good I would get them back this saved money too cause it always felt like a new toy for me this worked even through high school i once was caught ditching and they took everything out of my room except my bed and 1 pillow and they even took the door off I had to be good a certin amount of time to get things back, i think i had to do good and get good grades for like two weeks to get my door back! LOL (make sure and define "good" clearly and also discuss the time frame with the child first and dont give in they need structure)
at the time i thought it was cruel but now i totally thank them for it.

How to discipline depends on the child. Seriously, I have nine and what works on my oldest doesn't work on my twins. Try a variety of things (get advice from family and friends). Consistency and firmness makes any choice successful

i belive in spanking but not beating your child. you should never use a weapon! and if you do spank you should always offer time out first and then calmly spank your child, don't do it with rage. spanking is not illeagal as long as you do not use a weapon or leave a mark. time out is best but you should mind your own business on this one, let her be the parent
