If she looks drop-dead gorgeous but has one nasty terrible personality, it is safe to say that any guy would call her "ugly" due to her bad personality.
The point is, no matter how beautiful a woman is on the outside, the most important thing that any man should look for is her personality on the inside as well as her compatibility. Every guy wants a beautiful woman by his side, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I've been with some pretty attractive girls in the past. Sadly, not many of them seem to really "fit" with my personality. So, what I would say is that I would definitly choose a girl with a very compatible personality that definitly fits with my own. Sure, there is always the factor involving looks (and I have to admit, I like girls that are attractive in my eyes, and any guy would say the same thing), but I definitly wouldn't be so shallow about it. Like I said, beauty in my eyes is far skin deep.

I'm a guy, and here's what I look for in a girl:
1. A pretty face (75% of first impression, 10% of overall)
2. A nice a** (15% of first impression, 10% of overall)
3. Nice rest of body (5% of first impression, 5% of overall)
4. A great personality (5% of first impression, 75% of overall)
Notice there are two categories: first impression (short run) and overall (long run).
Obviously, this is just an approximation I came up with. Personality includes: non-smoker, doesn’t use drugs, caring, honest, fun-loving, intelligent, and down-to-earth

not so much on appearances, but they do help...as long as everything is in the right place im happy...and good personality, not to the point where the person is fake though, just honest and real
