Great question. I believe it is in relation to the proper role of Christianity within the culture...it seems we have become isolated to within the four walls of the church and are no longer making a significant impact with respect to influencing the laws of the land, the education of our youth, the entertainment media, and so forth....
It is written, "Acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will make your paths straight..." The question then is where is the proper line to be drawn between proper Christian influence and wrongful force against the freewill of others? I believe the current "separation of church and state" is really used to further that which is contrary to Christianity. Our early forefathers (being an American I am referring to America) had a much better implementation of separation of church and state I believe....one that we would be wise to return to...

The church is trying to find a way to include evolution into its doctrine. In 10 years or less they will need to coincide smoothly because evolution will be irrefutable. If they cannot successfully merge the two, masses of people will leave.

That most will preach that grace covers all continued sin. God calls us to obedience to be like JEsus Christ, there is no other way to hold on to the free prize of salvation. NO other way, and God commands us to do this and says it is possible to do, as the shed blood of Jesus upon the cross gives us the annointing to say no to sin, by obeying Jesus and then His desires are our desires, we will hate sin as much as HE does.
To say we dont have to obey and that grace covers continuing sin, is ludicrous Remember the response to that? GOD FORBID. we arent to be like the world, we are to be like Jesus. PPL have so watered down the gospel with these untruths that make the ears eager to hear it, that they are losing the truths of God. ITs not about what I say or a church says, its only about what God says, and God calls us to perfect obdience, and shows us how it is done, by thei indwelling of the Holy SPirit, thru obedience to Jesus. not even hard to do, yet most will say its impossible. With God, all things are possible. remember??????

Authority: whether it is bestowed through ordination of priests passed to them by an ultimate seat of authority to whom God exclusively speaks, or if it comes to all believers through the finished word embodied in one book, the Bible and God's revelation is finished.
