I dont know, I only know that as I get older I am more easy about and within myself.
Every morning when I get up, I say Alhamdulillah no tragedy happened last night.
Loving myself only shown when my ego is disturbed and as I get older and know what pains like after my husband died, my ego gets more subtle, so less disturbance.
