No, he's just extraordinarily intelligent. Because he's not God, only God knows what in a mans heart.

the anti-christ will be indwelt w/ the spirit of satan HImself..... but even satan (previously Lucifer) is only a fallen angel.
he is not omnipotent, omnipresent nor any of the other qualities that only God posses.
