i love to go out for a run, but need a good support, the ones i have do not seem to work very well, i end up feel a bit sore. any suggestions

Champion makes really great ones, as does Lady Foot Locker. Sometimes I buy the ones from Lady Foot locker for $3, which is a definite steal!
