Has anyone booked a cruise through free travel.com? The prices seem great. What cruise ship do they send you on? How was the cruise?

The itinerary for the Nassau cruise matches the Sensation. However, I do not believe that there are any booking available at that price. Carnival usually sells that ship out weeks before it sails. I have been told by many people who sail that ship that there are never any available cabins when it leaves. I would be very skeptical about the deal that they are offering.

There are a couple of locally owned and operated "cruise" ships that operate daily service between Port Canaveral and other areas to/from the Bahamas. They offer transportation only to and from the Bahamas and LAND packages for overnighting in the Bahamas. They are more of a "ferry" atmosphere and operation - and not a cruiseship in the usual sense.

Discovery Lines, Cape Canaveral Cruises and others are involved.

You will NOT be sailing on a mainstream cruise company like Carnival, RCL or others.

There is NO such thing as a free lunch...or a free cruise. This offer - like others - is probably in conjunction with a time share tour where attendance at the seminars would be mandatory. They will try to sell you a time share.

Better pay the price and not waste your money. There are really, really good prices from East Florida ports to and from the Bahamas for 3 and 4 nights. Don't take a chance.

And, call the Better Business Bureau about this bunch. Doesn't sound legit to me. Lotta scams out here.
