Night sleep should be between 11-12 hours and nap any were between one and a half hour to two.

if you put them in bed at 9pm they should sleep until 7:30 or 8:00 at 19 months a kid needs at least 1-2 a day. Nap time should last at least 1 1/2 hours.

my 17 month onld sleeps from 7:30pm til about 6am. as far as a nap she sleeps from abou 12:30pm to 2:15pm if im lucky
