15 year old has lots of headache and fatigue also lost some eye site the doctors said there is pressure in the brain what can help her ?

LOSS OF WEIGHT !!!
You are talking about benign intracranial hypertension (BIH) or pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) .
Loss of weight where applicable is probably the only conservative measure a patient could take .
Otherwise neurosurgeons reduce the intracranial pressure by doing repeated spinal taps ( drawing out spinal fluid ) , and a procedure known as fenestration is done where small holes are opened in the sheath surrounding the optic nerve to decompress it .

they need to see a neurologist ASAP!

you need to be asking the doctors this question, if she hasn't seen a neurologist then she should be.
