With only two weeks, you're not going to lose 20 pounds, 5 maybe 8 but not 20.
Cut back on what you eat, cut back on salt, sugar. Exercise, drink water, lots of water. You really need to sweat when you work out and you need to replace that loss of water.
There are many quick diets out there that claim 10 - 20 pounds, but almost all that weight is water weight.
If you asked this about 3 months agos it would have been easier to hit your goal. But right now you can only hope for 5 to 8 pounds.
Sorry

Okay...I only started last monday...All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost one pant size and 7 pounds. And its only been 8 days! I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids.
Here it is:
Helpful Tips for weight loss:
1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch
Keep to a 1,200 food intake
Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.
I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127
2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.
Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

I lost 15 pounds in 9 days when I did the Celebrity Fit Club Diet. During the first 9 days of the diet all you eat is fruit and vegetables. You eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want. I didn't do the whole 90 day program, I haven't gain back the weight I lost from that diet, I tried it in the beginning of this year. I would also like to add, that I did work out too.

1. Try and replace the "coke and chips" t.v. marathon after school/ work with some fruit drizzled with yogurt and some sugar free fruit juice, while eating in your dining room.
2. Try to avoid eating in the kitchen. Try a living room table to prevent you from going for seconds, just make sure the living room table is clean.
3. Throw out the leftovers!!! Remember that "delicious" take-out pizza you had last night? Well, it's going to come back and haunt your weight wise like a ghost.
4. INSPIRATION! Put a picture of your favorite HEALTHY celeb on your fridge, and in your room. If you are embarrassed to do this, just put it in your diary or journal.
5. Don't you dare starve yourself!!! Not eating regular meals causes your metabolic rate to drop drastically. Slower the metabalic rate, more calories you retain. Eating smaller meals more often is the key to having an incredibly quick metabolic rate. And it also gives chances of being anorexic or bulimic and you'll end up being way skinnier than you goaled to be.
6. Start a calorie and food journal. Do the math. Give yourself a weekly amount of calories and don't go over. Everyday, write down the calories you had. (Best when your going to bed.) Where do you find the ammount of calories? Usually in the Nutricional Values colomn. See how you did at the end of the week. Also research on how much calories is healthy for (what ammount of calories is healthy for your age?)
* Stop eating when you are satisfied. Don't wait until you are full.
* Eat what will satisfy your craving. Instead of going for the 8 non-fat (ho-hum) cookies, eat those 2 (and only two) high fat cookies that will make you satisfied.
* Eat on smaller plates. This will trick your mind into thinking that you are eating more than you actually are.
* THROW OUT THE SCALE! When you look at the scale and don't like what you see, you might eat more out of sadness. Or, if you like what you see, you could STILL overeat because you think that you are healthy/skinny enough to.

Losing this much weight is not only somewhat dangerous, it also isn't recommended by any dietician with a real degree. Why would you want to lose this much weight in so little time, anyway?
