Try something different. Once your body gets used to a type of exercise, it doesn't need to work as hard to do the exercise. Try mixing up your routine. Do some interval training, go longer, or go faster. Also try to start weight training. Last but certainly not least, honestly look at your diet. Find ways to cut back. If you can't lose weight you are taking in too many calories and not burning enough calories. Also, ask yourself if you really NEED to lose weight. The plateau may be your body telling you that you are at your right weight. If that is the case, you can always strength train and do toning exercises to lose inches.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Have you tried Yoga stretches(basic) or Pilates? Eating smaller portions of low calorie foods? Tried fasting, or detoxifying foods?

You're most definitely within the normal range. You can't lose weight because it's actually unhealthy to lose more than that. You're perfectly fine where you are.

Don't force it. Your body is done and fine where it is.
