1) In spoken English it's:
I'm not staying here for more than A year.
Written it could be:
I am not staying here for more than one year. (But it's still odd)

2) I am ONLY going to work here for three months.
3)I haven't seen you IN a long time
sounds better
4)Doesn't sound right at all.
I haven't seen you since Thursday (exact time!!)
I haven't seen you since you were in diapers!
(A long time ago, but an exact one)

Here are some suggestions:

1. I won't be staying here for more than a year.
I'll be staying here for less than a year.

2. I won't be working here for more than three months.
I will be working here for three months at most.

4. It's been quite a long time since I've seen you.
I haven't seen you for quite a long time now.
It's been a long time since I last saw you.

1. I'm not (going to) stay (get rid of "ing") here for more than one year.
2. I'm not going to work here for (any) more than three months.
3. I haven't seen you (get rid of "for") IN a long time.
4. I haven't seen you since a long time ago. (this sentence is just wrong all over.)

1,2 and 3 are fine - 4 is incorrect and should read as 3.
