I am a vegetarian and unfortunately most of the desserts have egg. Maybe I will end out getting one with egg because I don't know another option.

I have never needed to bring a dessert before but on Saturday I should bring one. I can't prepare one well because fridge space and kitchen utilities are lacking here, as well as skill on my part. The place is about 45 minutes away so anything frozen would melt. What would you bring? And is there anything without egg that you can think of?

Fruit smoothies wouldn't work because the pary's not at my place. I would need to use a blender at the house to which I am going. A smoothie is no good after driving with it for 45 minutes.

The fruit salad might work but I guess whipped cream would only be added after the destination is reached. But I might need utensils for the party members to pick up the fruit...

I was hoping for something store bought, but maybe I could practice at home and for a future party do better.

Mix graham crumbs with 1 stick butter/margarine. Press into bottom of 13x9 pan.
Mix 2 sticks butter/margarine and powdered sugar until light and fluffy (about 10 minutes). Spread on top of graham cracker crust.
Add a layer of bananas (sliced), then a layer of well-drained chopped pinapple.
Add a layer of Cool Whip.
Add a layer of chopped nuts and maraschino cherries.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving if to be sliced.
Can eat right away spooning servings out.
Enjoy! 1/2 cup butter
2 cups graham crackers, crushed (I use 2 sleeves)
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1 cup butter
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
16 ounces Cool Whip
1/2-1 cup pecans, chopped
8 maraschino cherries, quartered
2-3 cups shredded coconut
You can dress it up with chocolate syrup and strawberries.
